#/ggsettings shows only the cursor and you cannot move

Your gg_lib is too old for the Taxi Job's settings page. Download the latest gg_lib, replace the whole gg_lib folder, restart the server and open /ggsettings again.

#Saving settings fails with "blocked settings WRITE" in the log

That player is not a Script Studio admin. Add them in gg_lib/server_config.lua (how) and keep that file when you update gg_lib.

#The console says "Failed to verify protected resource"

FiveM could not verify the escrowed files. Download the Taxi Job again from Granted Assets, replace both gg_taxijob and gg_taxijob_props, and fully restart the server.

#No passengers appear, and the log shows "snapshot did not answer within 300s"

An anticheat is blocking the script. ElectronAC's ped protection has done this. Allow gg_lib and gg_taxijob events and the peds gg_taxijob spawns in your anticheat, then restart the server.

#The Taxi app is missing on Quasar Smartphone

Quasar Smartphone V3 3.2.64 needs an app category, which gg_lib sends from 1.0.17. Install the latest gg_lib and restart the server. On the Bridges page, pick the Quasar phone you actually run.

#Drivers have no keys for the rented cab

The keys wait on the depot desk: walk over and take them. To hand them over at once instead, turn off Collect Keys From the Depot on the Vehicles page. With p_vehiclekeys, start it before gg_lib and gg_taxijob. If your keys script is not detected, pick it on the Bridges page.

#"You do not have the required job to start taxi work"

A job requirement is on. Check Global Job Requirement and Required Job on the General page, and the Required Job on each depot under Depots. To let anyone drive, turn the global requirement off and leave the depot's Required Job empty.

#NPC fares pay too much or too little

Open Contracts. Change Pay Min and Pay Max in Rider Classes, and the Fare & XP Multiplier in Zones, then save. Tips are Cash Tip on Rewards, and hailed player rides are Player Ride Fares on Rewards.

#The NPC local cab drives too slowly

Raise Local Cab Speed on the Advanced page. 16 m/s is about 58 km/h.

#You want the depot somewhere else, or in your own building

Move the depot from Script Studio, and remove the included interior from gg_taxijob_props if you use your own. See Move the depot.

#Other GG jobs are missing from /ggsettings

Only scripts that run on gg_lib appear there. Scripts that do not keep their settings in their own config files: see that script's Configuration page.
