Installation

#1. Download the resource

Extract it into your server's resources folder. Keep the folder name gg_casinowheel.

#2. Install ox_lib

That is the only dependency. The script needs no framework, inventory or database.

Your server also needs a casino script or casino map that places the spinning lucky wheel, vw_prop_vw_luckywheel_02a. The editor restyles that wheel; it does not add one.

#3. Add yourself as an admin

Open gg_casinowheel/config/server/admins.lua and put your own license2 in the admins table:

Find your license2 in txAdmin: open Players, select yourself and copy the identifier that starts with license2:. Other identifier types do not work.

Important The file ships with example entries. Remove every entry that is not yours: anyone in this table can change the wheel for the whole server.

#4. Start the resource

Add these lines to server.cfg. Skip lines you already have:

ensure ox_lib
ensure gg_casinowheel

The /wheel_editor command is added when an admin joins. After you change admins.lua, restart gg_casinowheel and reconnect.

#5. Add a zone around your wheel

The design shows only inside a zone. One zone ships, Diamond Casion, at 976.54, 48.92, 74.68 with a radius of 100. If your wheel is somewhere else, add a zone around it, see Zones.

#Check it works

Type /wheel_editor. The editor opens with the five shipped presets. Click Edit on one: a preview wheel appears in front of you with that design.

Then close the editor and walk up to your casino wheel inside a zone. It shows the active preset, Purple Cloud.
