How it works
Where players start, the warehouse and delivery jobs, package tiers, streaks and the daily challenge.
Where players start
Players go to the Go Postal blip and target the worker. The options there are:
- Go Postal opens the job menu.
- Swap Uniform puts on the work uniform (when
clothing_enabledis on).
The job menu has four pages:
| Page | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | Your level progress, warehouse packages toward the daily reward, today's earnings, deliveries today and your longest streak |
| Progress | Your level, its bonuses and what the next levels unlock |
| Jobs | Package Handler and Package Delivery with their pay, your best streak, best earnings and leaderboard rank. Start work and return the van here |
| Leaderboards | Packaging streak, total packages and total deliveries |
Package Handler
The warehouse job is open from level 1.
- On Jobs, choose Start Working under Package Handler. You are taken inside the warehouse.
- Find the outlined box and choose Pickup Package.
- Carry it to the conveyor belt and choose Dropoff Package. You get $10 and 15 XP, plus your level bonus, and sometimes a material such as
copperorsteel. - The next box is outlined. Keep going as long as you like.
- To stop, choose Exit Warehouse at the spot where you came in. You come back out at the depot.
Inside the warehouse you only see other players who are working there.
Package Delivery
Deliveries unlock at level 3.
- On Jobs, choose Rent Work Vehicle under Package Delivery. The $100 rent is taken and a van spawns at the depot with your keys.
- Get in. A drop-off is marked on your GPS, at least 200 metres away.
- At the drop-off, get out and choose Get Package at the back of the van.
- Carry the package to the outlined spot at the door and choose Place Package. You get $70 and 200 XP times the package tier bonus, plus your level bonus, and sometimes materials.
- The next drop-off is marked. Keep going as long as you like.
- To stop, drive back to the depot, open the menu at the worker and choose Return Work Vehicle. The van is removed and the rent is given back.
The job ends if the van is lost or you go more than 100 metres from it. The rent is not given back then.
Package tiers
Higher levels unlock better packages, and each drop-off picks one tier you have unlocked:
| Tier | Level | Pay | Carrying |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Postal | 5 (every drop-off below level 5) | x1.0 | Normal |
| Magazines | 7 | x1.1 money, x1.25 XP | Normal |
| Furniture | 9 | x1.25 money, x1.5 XP | Slow, no sprint |
| Electronics | 13 | x1.35 money, x1.75 XP | No sprint, mostly slow |
| Art | 15 | x1.5 money, x2.0 XP | Very slow, no sprint |
The lower tiers come up more often than the higher ones.
Streaks
Every package you place on the conveyor or deliver adds one to your streak. The streak ends when you stop working, leave the warehouse or disconnect. Your best streak is shown on Jobs and on the Packaging Streak leaderboard.
Progress and rewards
- Every package gives XP. Higher levels add a money and XP bonus.
- At levels 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 the van gets a new colour scheme.
- After placing 25 packages on the conveyor in a day, claim the daily reward on Overview: $1,000 and 1,000 XP. Deliveries do not count toward it.
The job has no commands.
