Installation

#1. Download the resources

The download holds two folders, gg_towjob and gg_towjob_props. Put both in your server's resources folder and keep their names. The props resource streams the three tow trucks, the two tow beds and the service props, so the job cannot run without it.

Important Older guides called the props resource gg_towing_props. The released folder is gg_towjob_props. When you update, replace both folders, delete any old props folder and change its ensure line in server.cfg.

#2. Install the dependencies

These need to be installed and started before the script. Skip any you already run:

You also need ox_target or qb-target. The job finds your framework, inventory and target on its own. To force one, see Configuration.

#3. Add the items

The job uses seven items: the towing tablet, the towing remote, the tow rope and four service supplies. Add them and their images to your inventory with Items.

#4. Add it to server.cfg

Add these lines in this order. Skip lines for resources you already start, and keep your framework, inventory and target above them.

ensure gg_towjob

There is no SQL to run. The tables are created on the first start.

#Check it works

1. Restart your server and check the console for errors from gg_towjob.
2. Go to the Tow Yard blip and target the attendant. The job menu opens.
3. On Work, rent the Service Truck. It spawns in the yard with your keys, and the deposit is taken from your cash.
